Your account can only text its own number.

  2. Step 2: National ID

Unlocks the shared sender name ANSA.

  3. Step 3: Business documents

Your information

Our Privacy notice sets out what we collect, why, how long we keep it and who we share it with.

Our servers and database are in London, United Kingdom. Voicemail and greeting audio are stored with Cloudflare in Western Europe. Your information is therefore kept outside Zimbabwe.

The database keeps each organisation's information separate. Our staff console has no screen that shows a business's calls, contacts or voicemail.

You can ask us to see or correct what we hold about you, and you can delete your account. Write tosupport@ansa.co.zw.

06

Regulation

Ansa Communications (Private) Limited is a private company in Zimbabwe.

Calls and text messages travel over the networks of Zimbabwe's mobile operators.

Customers are responsible for following the law in what they send, and ourAcceptable use policy sets out what may and may not be sent through Ansa.

Questions about how we operate? Write tosupport@ansa.co.zw.
